The file contains the verdicts of 7 people accused of helping, giving shelter and not reporting politically sought persons. The accused include: Richard Macha, Alois Kralik, Stefanie Marek, Bohumila Musil, Stefanie Musil, Vinzenz Spielvogel and Alois Hlavička. Due to a lack of evidence Vinzenz Spielvogel was acquitted. Macha, Kralik and Hlavička were found guilty and sentenced to death in 1943. Marek was sentenced to 7 years of penitentiary. Due to attenuating circumstances Stephanie and Bohumila Musil received lighter sentences, 2 1/2 years and 2 years of penitentiary respectively.
