The file contains the verdict of Josef Liberda (born on 23 February 1899 in Moravka) and 23 others who lived in Morawka, a village in the former Projectorate of Bohemia and Morvia. They were accused of supporting and giving shelter to a guerilla group. In 1944 14 of them were sentenced to death. These include: Josef Liberda, Bohuslav Kučera, Martin Bednarek, Rudolf Mruzek, Josef Poldenik, Gottlieb and Wenzel Carbol, Johann Mruzek, Alois Pavelek, Johann and Ludwig Novak, Anton Pavlasek, Johann Paprčok and Josef Polka. Josef Mruzek and Polka were sentenced to 8 years of penitentiary. Barbara Stuchlik, Alois Kotasek and Anna Matěj were sentenced to 4 years and Franziska Stuchlik and Aneschka Vrobl to 3 years of penitentiary.
