Scope and Content
Franz Lacina (born on 22 September 1897 in Wessely a.d. March) is said to have known about a politically sought “Reichsfeind”, supported him and therefore refrained from reporting him. As a nationalist Czech he did not want to act otherwise. Furthermore, he was accused of listening to enemy radio stations in the years 1941 and 1942. However, he was acquitted of the charge due to lack of evidence. Lacina was sentenced to death in 1944 for supporting and not reporting a “Reichsfeind”.
