The file contains the verdict of Miroslaus Liesner (born on 20 February 1925 in Vienna), an adolescent from Vienna. In Vienna he went to the Czech Primary and Middle School. He committed his first offence at the age of 12. In the following years he continued to perpetrate crimes such as burglary and theft. He was sent to a reformatory on several occasions but escaped each time. His final arrest was in 1942. In 1943 he was found guilty of committing theft and burglary. Furthermore, he was accused of exploiting the darkness in the streets that was due to safety measures. He was sentenced to death.
