The file contains the verdict of Wilhelm Bergauer (born on 14 March 1899 in Waldsassen). He was found guilty of depredation. On 8 April 1945 an air raid destroyed most parts of the train station in Eger. The defendant plundered various goods on his way to work: a coat, two children's books, two wallets, one pair of children's shoes and various clothes. He was sentenced to death.
