The file contains the verdict of Alois Beneš (born on 8 July 1900 in Michalkowitz), Johanna Beneš (born on 24 May 1896 in Schönhof), Adele Mikula (born on 3 May 1910 in Witkowitz), Franz Drabik (born on 30 August 1898 in Heinrichsdorf) and Anna Drabik (born on 16 July 1898 in Schlesiech Ostrau). The defendants were affiliated with members of the Czech communist party whose goal it is to violently overturn Hitler's regime. Johanna Beneš, Adele Mikula and Anna Drabik were sentenced to death; Alois Beneš was punished with four years in a penitentiary; Franz Drabik was acquitted.
