The file contains the verdict of Johann Blazek (born on 2 May 1897 in Frankstadt), Jaroslaus Pormanek (born on 21 October 1896 in Bohumiletz) and Anna Pormanek (born on 24 July 1896 in Prerau). They were found guilty of committing hostile actions against the Reich. In July of 1943 the defendants accommodated members of the illegal communist party KCP. Johann Blazek was sentenced to five years in a penitentiary; Jaroslaus Pormanek and Anna Pormanek were sentenced to death.
