The file contains the verdict of Rosa Kodad (born on 29 March 1920 in Reching), Anton Facek (born on 8 September 1911 in Prague), Marie Facek (born on 2 October 1911 in Reching), Wenzel Zivec (born on 2 February 1897 in Duschnik), Jarmila Zivec (born on 2 July 1908 in Prosetsch), Rosa Maxa (born on 30 January in 1898 in Hasenhof) and Franz Vintr (born on 4 February 1892 in Libuschin). The defendants were found guilty of supporting enemies of the Reich. Rosa Kodad, Wenzel Zivec and Jarmila Zivec were sentenced to death; Anton Facek and Marie Facek were given a sentence to spend three years in a penitentiary; Rosa Maxa was sentenced to four years in a penitentiary; Franz Vintr was given a penalty of four and a half years in a penitentiary.
