The file contains the verdict of Anton Kasacek (born on 26 April 1923 in Iglau), Jaroslaus Tesr (born on 16 February 1925 in Iglau), Rudolf Ruzicka (born on 30 September 1925 in Friedrichsdorf), Jaroslaus Svoboda (born on 3 August 1926 in Altenberg), Georg Fiser (born on 26 January 1925 in Oberndorf) and Ladislaus Stanek (born on 6 October 1923). They were found guilty of injuring themselves in order to be certified unfit for work. The following list is a list of the perpetartors and their punishments: Anton Kasacek - death penalty; Jaroslaus Tesr - four years in jail; Rudolf Ruzicka - three years in jail; Jaroslaus Svoboda - one year in jail; Georg Fiser - one year and three months in jail; Ladislaus Stanek - one year and nine months in jail.
