The file contains theverdict of Kasimiers Kaczmarek (born on 22 March 1923; birth place unreadable), Kasimiers Csarnecki (born on 21 March 1920 in Zaluskow) and Stefan Farysenoki (born on 2 November 1911 in Lasiska). The defendants were found guilty of an economic war crime; they have smuggled piglets over the border in order to resell them for a higher price among the German people. Kasimiers Kaczmarek and Kasimiers Csaernecki were give a death penalty, Stefan Farysenoki was sentenced to three years in a penitentiary.
