The file contains the verdict of Josef Javurek (born on 14 September 1918 in Owtschar) who was found guilty of being absent of work for no valid reason and supporting communists. After being urged to go to work Josef Javurek decided to hide at Alois Dolezal's – his uncle's house. Being an Enemy of the Reich himself the defendant helped his uncle to provide communists who found shelter in a forest with food. He was sentenced to death.
