The file contains the verdict of Ladislav Jez (born on 8 February 1893 in Prag). He was found guilty of non-notifying and supporting an enemy of the Reich. The defendant was informed about a resistance group at the train station in March 1944. In order to execute terrorist attacks - such as setting hay on fire - Ladislav Jez was trusted with phosphor by the leader of the organization. He made himself culpable by accepting it, hiding the illegal substance and not reporting the leader of the resistance group to the authorities. He was sentenced to death.
