The file contains the verdict of Ladislaus Janecky (born on 5 January 1911 in Böhmisch-Rotwasser), Helene Pojzarek (born on 15 August 1917 in Nepomuk) and Anna Zak (born on 10 February 1900 in Nieder-Tscherma). The defendants Janecky and Zak were found guilty of illegally possessing weapons or assistance to this crime. While Ladislaus Janecky was sentenced to death, Anna Zak got away with one year in a penitentiary. Helene Pojzarek was acquitted.
