The file contains the verdict of Hans Joachim Günther (born on 12 January 1921 in Berlin), Bernhard Karl Ludwig Sikorski (born on 5 May 1921 in Berlin), Emmerich Robert Kurt Schaper (born on 4 August 1920 in Berlin) and Dagamr Maria Petersen (born 10 September 1920 in Berlin). From the end of 1939 the defendants helped a like-minded-couple (Mr. and Mrs. Pung) to distribute anti-war pamphlets – including "Das Freie Wort". They were found guilty of spreading communist and anti-war ideas and sentenced to death.
