The file contains information on the Slovak Republic which collaborated with Nazi Germany from 1939-1945. Germany had a very strong influence in Slovakia where they even had a state secretary for German interests. Conditions for Slovakian Jews deteriorated quickly. Many Jews lost their citizenship, had to give up their wealth and would later be deported. Furthermore, the documents describe the day-to-day discrimination of Jews and the destruction of synagogues and other Jewish property.
