Scope and Content

The file contains racist propaganda concerning the French-African soldiers which were part of the occupation of the Rhineland. According to the documents it should be prevented at all cost that the races mix, a concept the Nazis called "Rassenschande". "Schwarze Schmach" in particular is a propagandist term referring to African soldiers having intercourse with European women. They report that the French have less prejudice against the African people which is why their population in France will grow exponentially and will receive equal rights. According to the Nazis this is very detrimental to society.
