Scope and Content

The file contains derogatory remarks on Slavs in an attempt to explain the mentality of the people. It describes the East Baltic people, the Czech people, the Polish people and the Russians, in a negative light. They are considered as envious, dirty and treacherous. In contrast, the Germans are described as superior and cultured.
