Scope and Content
The file is a scan of a book that documented the use of food stamps and its control. It is from the "Platterhof", a restaurant that was part of the complex Adolf Hitler used as a summer retreat. The book mentions food stamps for white bread, meat and other items for various locations incl. Haus Bormann, Schloss Klessheim and the Berghof in 1944. It is handwritten and has been audited by some official authority. The last page is a pre printed page of the menu layout of the Obersalzberg.
