Scope and Content
The file is the fourth part of a collection of Holocaust memorabilia. It includes two samples of a Jewish star from Belgium. In addition there is a copy of a fine issued by the Berlin police in 1941 to Helene Sara Oelsner of 100.50 RM (Reichsmark) for her failure to wear the yellow star in the subway and to vacate her seat for an "Aryan". On the original envelope of the addressee somebody later typed "perished in Theresienstadt".
