The file contains three documents. The first document is the first page of a special print of the Allgemeine Wochenzeitung der Juden in Deutschland ("Sonderdruck") dedicated to questions of restitution regarding social security ("Wiedergutmachung in der Sozialversicherung"). The other pages of the special print are missing. The main part of the file is an announcement regarding the federal restitution law ("Bundesrückerstattungsgesetz") published by the Bundesanzeiger, the official publication of the Federal Republic of Germany, in 1957. The document provides an alphabetical list of German companies and the respective valuation of damages. The third document is another supplement of the Bundesanzeiger on the ruling regarding the consequences of war ("Allgemeines Kriegsfolgengesetz")
