The file contains the verdicts of Josef Ryba (born on 16 March 1891 in Moravka), Franz Křivý (born on 1 August 1908 in Baditzonan) and Rudolf Macha (born on 12 November 1883 in Brunowitz), three men from the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The defendants were accused of having supported members of a partisan group. Furthermore, they did not report the partisans in time. Franz Křivý was sentenced to death in 1944. Rudolf Macha received a sentence of ten years of penitentiary. Josef Ryba was sentenced to eight years of penitentiary.
