Scope and Content
The file contains the charges against four Viennese men. These four men are: Johann "Hans" Neubauer (born on 1 November 1920 in Vienna), Bruno Morawitz (born on 20 June 1923 in Vienna), Franz Reingruber (born on 25 September 1921 in Vienna) and Anton Mayer (born on 7 February 1923 in in Vienna). They were accused of strengthening the Austrian communist youth organisation "KJVÖ" in Vienna and trying to undercut the "Hitler Jugend". They are charged with preparing high treason and benefiting the enemy. The files also contain a page with the results of the trials. According to the page Neubauer, Reingruber and Mayer were executed in October 1943, whereas Morawitz was executed in February 1944.
