The file contains the verdict of Karl Kopecky Sr. (born on 8 January 1892 in Zirkowitz), Marie Kopecky (born on 25 March 1898 in Tierschke), Wenzel Kopecky (born on 7 August 1924 in Zirkowitz) and Karl Kopecky Jr. (born on 4 November 1926 in Zirkowitz). They were found guilty of helping and accommodating Emmanuel Hanyek (creator of communist pamphlets) and not notifying the authorities about said person. Karl Kopecky Sr. was sentenced to death, Marie Kopecky to three years in a penitentiary, Wenzel Kopecky to one year and six months in a penitentiary and Karl Kopecky Jr. to one year in juvenile prison.
