The file contains the verdict of Johann Korach (born on 22 July 1913 in Zipser Neudorf) and Adalbert Novak (born on 6 April 1911 in Kozaurow). Johann Korach was found guilty of taking on the identity of Adalbert Novak - thus, he was sentenced to five years in a penitentiary. Because Adalbert Novak lent his ID to the codefendant, he was sentenced to three years in a penitentiary.
