The file contains the verdict of Franz Jantac (born on 17 November 1877 in Tomitz) and Johann Nemec (born on 10 May 1900 in Tomitz) who were found guilty of an economic war crime. The defendants, who are both farmers in the protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, did not comply with the production target and delivered less than they were ought to. While Franz Jantac was punished with three years in a penitentiary, Johann Nemec was sentenced to death.
