The file contains the verdict of Augustin Friedl (born 7 January 1898 in Bruex), who was a member of the association of former soldiers fighting on the Italian front in 1916. In the spring of 1943 he was told by his colleague Franz Kala that there were illegal groups within the association aiming to overthrow the present circumstances in the protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. The defendant was found guilty of planning terror-attacks involving phosphor. He was sentenced to death.
