The file contains the verdict of Max Richard Götz (born on 30 June 1898 in Arnoldsgrün). Since the beginning of wartime the defendant, who worked as a tailor, was ordered to hand over huge amount of garments and finished products to the authorities. Despite several warnings Max Richard Götz did not comply with this regulation. The authorities shut down his factory. He was found guilty of violating the economic war law and sentenced to death.
