The file contains the verdict of Wenzel Havel (born on 28 September 1909 in Ledenitz) and Josef Fittl (born on 19 March 1925 in Jilowitz). By pretending to be policemen in need for a motorcycle the defendants were successful in stealing a motorcycle. While Wenzel Havel was sentenced to death, Josef Fittl was ordered to spend three years in a penitentiary.
