Scope and Content
The file contains several letters, postcards and abstracts written by and for Boris Toedtli. In those letters he discusses with Ubald von Roll, Janak von Freyenwald and others the situation in Switzerland in general, his financial problems and his work. As Fleischauer and with him the Welt-Dienst do not want to support Toedtli, he is searching for an other supporter. Because of that he writes several letters, discussing his financial situation and asking for money. Furthermore he tries to distance himself from Fleischauer and his work, as his reputation is harming his own reputation in Switzerland and as Toedtli says, there will be more trials to fight and win. Which is an other topic in his letters. He discusses with several like-minded person his future work. Also payment checks for articles he wrote for several newspapers like the 'Berner Tagblatt' are attached. Furthermore several handwritten notes and letters of Toedtli can be seen.
