Scope and Content
The file contains several letters concerning the Bern trail and thereby the Protocols of the wise man of Zion, all of them are a couple of pages long. The first letter, which can be seen, is from 1934 addressed to Arthur Baumgarten, C.A. Loosli and pastor L. Muenchmeyer. They have been announced as experts in the Bern trail. Till the 15th of October 1934 they had to answer several question and take a stand in terms of the authenticity of the Protocols. In addition they have been given the choice of wiring one expertise together or three separate ones. Potential expenses would be covered. This letter is signed by the judge Walter Meyer. The two other letters are from 1937 regarding legal expenses and the inspection of files in and for the Bern trial. Both letters are only signed with an 'R' which stands for Dr. D. Farbstein and Dr. Ludwig Frank - Rechtsanwaelte (advocates).
