Scope and Content
The file contains several transcription of the newspapers 'Gerechtigkeit' and 'Grazer Wochenblatt' from Austria. The transcripts of the 'Grazer Wochenblatt' are from 1906 and regarding a comment of a reader that the 'fight against Heinrich Heine should constantly go forward' and in order to acomplish that the reader wrote a poem in his letter, presenting the 'working spirit' of Heinrich Heine. Unfortunately the 'Gazer Wochenblatt' anwered him, that he made a mistake in undermining Heinrich Heine as this peom is not from him but from Robert Hamerling. In addition the 'Gazer Wochenblatt' wrote that by correcting that mistake Robert Hamerling hopefully will be still considered as an German poet. Also in the transcripts of the 'Gerechtigkeit' the authors discuss publications from German newspapers in between 1923-1936, which were obviously not correct and misleading. This publications are regarding several people and occurrences. Also other documents were authors or readers inform that the scientific work, quotation and publications have to be done more carefully as other readers can also identify untruthfulness in publications and that would be not helpfull in any case for a greater goal. In addition a telegramm regarding the Port Elisabeth document and its authenticity is attached.
