Scope and Content
The file contains a report titled as 'responding to the testimony of the witnesses led by the plaintiff at the end of October 1934 in Bern, the trial of the authenticity of the 'Protocolls of the Wise Men of Zion'. It is devided into 22 chapters, including a introduction and a summary. Each chapter is regarding one topic about which the witnesses gave testimonies. The report is giving statements to the testemonies as there was not an official protocol of the trial. As the witnesses did not answer all the questions allegedly truthfully and sometimes gave misleading answers, so the author argues, it was important to evaluate the testimonies and revalue them. The author picked some testimonies and compared them with others, as well as with informations regarding the question and figuered differences out. On 98 pages 34 testimonies were examined and commented. In addition evidences regarding the examined testimonies are attached. Some are letters regarding specific people, who did not relinquish all their relationships to specific organisations or other witnesses, others inform about mistakes which happend in the Bern trial.
