Letter of the Minister of Labor Schaeffer to the state secretary in the Reichs chancellery citing several possibilities to fight unemployment. The letter cites a couple of charts about the appropriation of job opportunities. The charts are divided in appropriation of job opportunities under responsebility of the Reichs ministry of Labor, appropriation of job opportunities under responsebility of other departments and measures to dispose the existing job opportunities. Then letter is then divided into chapters with detailed explanation for the charts. The explanations are divided according to the charts. Another chapter is about the extension of the existing job opportunities through resolutions of the government. Anther chaper is about suggestions for further extensions of job opportunities.
