Scope and Content
Loosli indicts Toedtli and Isler for endangering the Swiss. Declaration that Ruef can't be hered on the case. Loosli is represented by Dr. Lifschitz. Protocol of the court session of 4 April 1938. Isler describes the connections between himself and Toedtli and between Toedtli and Fleischhauer. He confirmes that Toedli gave informations to Fleischhauer, but also states that Fleischhauer can't be considered an agent of the German NS. Statement of the lawyer Henne Rolf, leader of the Swiss National Front. Henne says he didn't know about the connection between Toedtli and Fleischhauer. Statement of Max Meyer who says that he received editions of the Weltdienst but didn't connect them directly with the German NS regime. Statements of more witnesses who couldn't tell something specific about Fleischhauer. The file also contains a legal decision to replace the judge following a request of Toedtli.
