59 page charge of Toedtli against Loosli for false testimony at the Bern Trial, filed by Ruef, the lawyer of Toedtli. Letter of Dr. Lifshitz responding to the indictment of Loosli and claiming that Toedtli is just an agent of Fleischhauer. Letter with a response of Ruef claiming that Toedli is a good Swiss citizen.
