The author argues that the Moral Re-Armament founded by Dr. Buchman in 1938, would be a good way to change the workers attitude. As industrial leaders can train a man in matters of technology, no such planning or training is possible in regard to the moral and ideological motives which control the man's live. The training of the MRA however has a strong impact.
