Later, because of the incorporation of the Jüdischer Kulturbund Upper Silesia to the Jüdischer Kulturbund (Berlin), Kurt Singer had a correspondence with Hans Hinkel informing him about the five new chairman of the branch in Upper Silesia. He attached five certificates of good conduct, issued by the police in Gliwice, to his letter. Furthermore proposals for activities of the Jüdischer Kulturbund Upper Silesia, which had to be authorized by Hans Hinkel, can be seen.
