Scope and Content
The file contains a protocoll of a government meeting from October 1941. It deals with unrest in bigger cities, especially Warsaw. The Meeting mainly deals with the subordination of regional police forces to the regional administration and alleged violations. The General Gouvernor urges the restauration of authority of the administration. The meeting states the need of unity of administration. Futher discussed is the recovering resistance in the Lublin area. An sub-district Commander demands a tougher restriction for Jews, like the death penalty for leaving the ghetto.
