The file contains protocols, reports and memoranda issued either officially or internally during the Paris 1939 World Jewish Congress meetings by working groups and the organization itself. The file contains protocols and proposed resolutions regarding the situation of European Jewry and refugees from fascist and National Socialist rule as well as lists of individually attending delegates and national delegations.
