Scope and Content

The file contains a report about the situation of the German housing and settling policy from 1924 to 1935. Several topics are mentioned in the report, like 'housing an increasing population', which is fundamentally dependent on the increase or decrease of the population. In Germany the increasing started in 1924. As a result the topics 'urbanization during the pre-war boom' and 'urbanisation during the post-war depression' are presented. Furthermore housing problems were tried to be solved by 'de-centralization as a new building policy', 'state assistance and the buiding' and 'state assistance and the builder'. Besides 'statistics from 1924 to 1935' can be seen.
