The file contains a short report of 'Radio Polskie' (Polish Radio) adressed to the 'Minister of Information and Documentation' Professor Stanislaw Kota. The Report is concerning the desertion of Jews from the Polish army. The 'foreign secretary' Eden points out, that the question about anti-semetism in the Polish army has to be discussed again. As the number of Jews who had deserted from the Polish fources and had been transfered to the British army is rising. The British government state the fact that anti-semitism is in itself intolerable. The Minister replied on that, that the Polish army were doing their very best to solve this problem, but the important thing is that the Polish soldiers should know where they stand and their duty lay in continuing their work and not in deserting.
