The file contains a letter from Mr. Stephany to Mr. Frischer according the question of the qualification of Mr. Zadik Behar. Mr. Stephany enclosed a copy of Mr. Behars certificate. Mr. Zadik Behar was a student at the German university in Prague whose degree was not formally granted to him solely of the invasion of Czechoslovakia by the Nazis. Further steps have to be done to confer the diploma to him.
