The file contains a newspaper clip from “L’Eclaireur de Nice” (dated to 2nd November 1937). It reports about the final judgment of the Protocols’ new trial that says the defendants Silvio Schnell and Theodore Fischer have been released from the previous judgment and the payment of the fine. It also mentions that the judgment is received with great satisfaction in Germany and that the German press considers it a great defeat for the international Judaism.
