Scope and Content
The file contains documents regarding the Bern trial. The documents include expert reports and statements by C.A. Loosli and against the expertise by Ulrich Fleischhauer. The opinion of Loosli is outlined and he has added a foreword in which he explains what damage the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion' have done to date and how he approached the questions. Furthermore, a personal statement by Lossli is attached, in which he explains that the expert of the defendant has requested access to his files, which is inadmissible. The expert opinion of Fleischhauer is called forgery and distortion of facts.
