Scope and Content
The file contains an exposé for the defense of Leonhard in the Leonard against Loosli Trial, where Loosli got accused of defamation and honorable insult in his expertise for the Bern Trial. Loosli explained in his expertise that the Frontisten (Nationale Front Switzerland), especially Mr. Leonhard, are depending on the Third Reich. Based on this statement Leonhard got insulted and accused Loosli of defamation and honorable insult. The exposé explains in detail that Leonhard got no financial support from the third Reich. The only time that he received money from Germany was an expense for his work in the Bern trial. Furthermore, evidence are revealed that show the doings of Lifschitz, Loosli and others. The question is raised as how it could happen that documents and letters from two running trials could reach the public, especially because these evidence materials were owned by Lifschitz.
