The file contains judgments of the Criminal Court of April 5th 1935 against Ernst Leonhardt for defamation in the press. On 19th of December 1934, the lawsuit against the responsible editor of the "Volksbund" (Leonhardt) was filed. Several passages from the "Volksbund" are listed, which the plaintiff classify as defamatory. In particular, the allegations and complaints against the Freemasons are illustrated.
