Scope and Content
The file contains the 20th Bulletin from a series of Bulletins dealing with events in the Bern trial. It has been published by the Swiss Federation of Jewish Communities in Switzerland. This Bulletin regards the 12th day of trial on the 11th of Mai 1935. Since autumn 1934 the trial has been prepared in order to hear the case of the 'Protocols of the Wise man of Zion'. At this day the 20th sessions started and the trial was opened by judge Walter Meyer. Prof Dr. Matti started his plea, he was the representative of the Federation of Jewish Communities in Switzerland. He was described as logical, brilliant in form and content and legally outstanding.
