Scope and Content
The file contains several criminal complaints issued against Fleischhauer, by Fleischhauer and its rejection. The first criminal complaint is against Fleischhauers expertise for the Bern trial and the way he achieved his expert opinion. Georges Brunschvig alleges judicial expert Fleischhauer of deliberately faking, editing and inventing quotes. Moreover, Georges Brunschvig points out dozens of blatantly faked quotes Ulrich Fleischhauer mentioned in court. Furthermore he accused him as an anti-Semite, who used the trial as a stage for his anti-Semitic propaganda. Based on that his working methods were also questioned, as Baumgarten and Loosli worked by themselves in order to write their expertise, but Fleischhauer need to employ several assistants and traveled through the world in order to get informations which would prove his expertise opinion. This is why his requested expense allowance is much higher then the ones of the other experts and it is requested to deny it. Fleischhauer and his Lawyer Hans Ruef tried to justify his expense allowance.
