Scope and Content
Telegram from Aleksandr Tager informing of letter and date of arrival in Moscow, and a letter describing the difficulties of finding sources in the archives. He describes the archives as located in different places, and notes that several key personalities such as Nilus have very little information available on them. He also requests that the people responsible ensure that he has sufficient funds to run his research, and discusses the publication of his own book about the Beilis trial.
