Scope and Content
A Russian-language newspaper article and German-language translation with a stamp. The article from the Latest News, Poslednie Novosti (Dernieres Nouvelles in the German translation), dated July 1st 1921 and continued in serialized form on July 2nd and July 3rd, is called The Idea of Monarchy and Its Reality. The article discusses the plans of Rachkovsky, and the life of Dr. Philippe, a French mystic and occultist at the Russian court. It provides an account of the Russian occult craze in the tsar's court. The second part discusses the power struggles in the Russian court, the doctrines of Martinism, and why the Protocols of the Elders of Zion were needed. The third part once more talk about the struggle for influence.
